Default Help need with Canon MV630i - AV to DV

I want to transfer a VHS tape to DV but I've lost the English Manual and my German/French is not that good.

From what I rememeber you need to switch the camera into av->dv mode and then press two buttons on the remote control. I can't remember what the two buttons were.

Can anyone help?

Mant Thanks in anticipation
