Does anyone know a website that would show exactly how to set up a blue screen. Or would anyone take a picture of their set up and post it?

Is it possible to do it simply by painting a wall blue? I also found some big blue cardboard that I couls set on the wall.

I really like to find a site that describes the steps and the lighting too. The lighting seems to be the worse. I got some great tips from other people to avoid a shadow on the screen and all but I don't no anything. What I like to do is to do one short movie with a removed background.. nothing professional and then I would hire a guy to help me make it nice. I just need to make a demo.

So if anyone knows a site that would show graphically how to set a blue screen please post it here. Thank again for all your help.
