Default Animation

When I was a young 'un, I used to make Super 8mm animated mini movies with my cine-camera and a frame release. I'd love to be able to do the same thing in tape, but understand that it doesn't work the same way as film in this respect.

Anyone any advice for a wannabee 'Chicken Run 3' maker?
