Well I've gone and treated myself to a new Camcorder.

After my Sony TRV33 failed with the imfamous Sony C31x error (its currently away for a warranty repair), I decided, especially as I am shooting a wedding soon, a decent camcorder was required. Having read all the reviews and taking due note of one's budget, I opted for the Canon XM2 (GL2 in the States).

I will let you all know in due course what I really think, but so far I am impressed, control over absolutely everything, even the colour of the kitchen sink.
