Gwenny,

Just for a laugh, go back and edit your original post and add words like 'in my experience' or something. This will then make this thread all the more amusing because anyone new coming in will not understand what the heck started it all.

When you've done that, I'll delete this post and you'll appear completely innocent with no evidence to the contrary

Hee hee hee, the evil World in which I live.

editing people's posts is evil

Just because I really love a good wind up, I have to share with you the fact that 100% of the Sony miniDV tapes used by my daughter in her new Panasonic camcorder caused the eject mechanism to fail to the point where it had to be returned to the store and exchanged. Sony miniDV tapes? Gah - a piece of string would be more reliable...

on the subject of head cleaning, I took my (Digital camera to a sony centre when it wasnt working, they said I should try cleaning the heads, but didn't have a head-cleaning tape, so they suggested going to Maplins and buying a 99p bottle of cleaning fluid and using a cotton bud to clean them myself, worked perfectly.

come to think of it, there was a sony tape in my camera when it stopped working. hmmm.
