Help me decide on a camcorder?

Hey guys,

I'm off to Kenya over the summer and i thought it would be a good idea to get a camcorder for the holiday . I would also want an average digital camera on this (3mp+) and i wouldn't mind it being High Def.

But i also skate and thought i could use this for both.

Looking for a price of no more than £400

I know this is a very specific choice but has anyone got any ideas for me as i am a complete newbie to camcorders
