Default need help with a sony handycam dcr-hc37

Hi all, newbie here.

I have some problems with my camcorder. Only noticed them today.

When I turn it on it beeps and gives the message "re-attach the power source" and there is a code c:32:11 flashing on the right-hand side of the screen. When the message disappears, a flashing yellow triangle in the centre of the screen does not disappear.

It does this whether or not it is attached to the power source and yet has a full battery.

Second problem is that when I try to eject the cassette, nothing happens. It should pop away from the body when the side is opened up but it does not.

Can anyone help?

I found that pressing the reset button cleared the fault.

The reset button is the small recess that you have to stick a pen (or similar object) into. Not sure where it might be on yours, but on mine it was behind the viewing screen and marked 'reset'.
