Question Suitable Camcorder for me

okay..here again may be a repeat post..but i searched as far as i could..but couldn't find an exact requirement like mine..

1. CAM around $750 if really required can stretch to $1000
2. Decent Video Quality, if HD very much welcome
3. Very good Still Imaging, i would like to carry this one alone without digital camera. I am not expecting an SLR quality but some pretty decent quality of still pics.
4. Only Hard Drive, i am not used to DV tapes and i don't want to spend for storage again and again..
5. No problem in Conversion to PC and editing like that, i used to play with Vegas.. and i have high end PC too..

So i did read some reviews on HG10, GV20, HDR-SR12, but couldn't come to a conclusion.. Your valuable suggestion required. Thanks!!
