hi guys im having a spot of bother with my camera

the camera is a sony dcr-sr52e - the software that comes with the cam is windows only, which isnt a problem when using my pc. but recently i have purchased a macbook pro, seeing as the camera's software doesnt work on the mac i have no idea as to what codecs this video uses, im able to play it on the mac but you see scanlines and no audio is heard.

i have included a an example file, if anyone has any suggestions please let me know
