Default What camera ?

Hello and yes i'm a newbie.
However i need some advice for what camera to choose.
I'm doing a short 20 minute film. Location is in a warehouse at night its very dark.
The camera will be panning round into a circle focused on a person in the center of the circle. The film will start of dark then as the camera pans round the light will appear illuminating the person in the middle. i have a choice of four cameras i can rent to use in this production.

The catch is the film will be projected onto a screen almost five meters square.
I need a camera that can react well with changes in aperture from dark to light that bounces from the person.
I can rent the following
HDV JVC 101E
3-chip DV Sony VX 2000
Betacam SP DVW 400
ENG/EFP Cameras DSR-570wsp

Any advice would be great.
thanks
