Okay, so I need a bit of help. I'm looking to buy a quality 3 chip mini DV camcorder but I cannot afford, like, a canon xl1 or xl2 or whatnot. At the max I think my budget is 2k. I want the highest quality possible and everything. I want to do some indi work but don't have the 3-4k necessary to get one of the XLs. Does anyone know of any other good 3 chips that have professional quality? (I had a friend that found a really nice one on sale for about 700 bucks so i know they exist hehe).
