Default Torn between a few choices

Ok I shoot and edit Atv/Quad/Dirtbike videos. Many of the pros use cameras that you can shoot in different frames per second so the slow shots look very detailed. I have been researching cameras and have been thinking about the Sony Hdr-fx7, Panasonic Hvx100/200, or the Canon HX A1.

The Sony's advantages are the price, and it has a burst mode where it can shoot at 240fps for a 6 second duration.

The Panasonics advantages are the 24fps film like mode and colors and a more professional camera in general. It can shoot at 60i which I'm a bit confused by. Is that 60 interlaced what does that exactly mean? Will this achieve the crisp clear slow shots I'm intrested in?

The Canon has many of the same advantages as the Panasonic.
