Don't know if anyone can help with this, a friend of miine at a lunch we were at today suddenly hit me with this problem he had with his Sony DCR IP7e, he said it has just stopped ejecting the tapes, I must admit to knowing nothing of these Micro Cassette Cameras at all, I couldn't begin to offer any advice.

Is there any kind person out there that has any Idea what to do so I may pass it on to him.

The flap opens but the motor doesn't power out the cassette.
