Camcorder searching, need particular specs...

Hi,

I am hoping to buy a mini dv camcorder, but I'm having loads of trouble finding one that has all the specifications I need without completely blowing the roof off my budget (which is under £1,000) Help!
The specifications I NEED are:
Firewire/DV in AND out
External Microphone input
Accessory shoe
Headphone output

and what I'd desire additionally:
3CCD
Manual focus

Can anyone recommend something suitable?
