Default Fully Manual HD Cam ?

Hi there.

I'm looking for an HD camcorder with Manual Shutter and Apperture settings for less than £900. I saw that the Canon HV20 have Shutter Priority or Apperture priority settings, but what about controling both manually ? Although, I'm not completely sure what the GAIN setting is.

Basically, what I am after is an HD camcorder that can "Freeze" the light settings.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks
