Canon DC20 or Sony DCR-DVD408

I was hoping to find a camcorder with the following:

Nightvision
USB Streaming - ability to use as a webcam
Good image stabilization

I've researched many camcorders on Amazon, TigerDirect, and NewEgg. These two were the only camcorders that I had found which fit my price range, and had all the options that I was looking for.

What are the main differences between these two camcorders, besides the DVD408's 4MP, resulting in the $150+ price difference?
