Default A camcorder Pro for >$2000?

I'm looking to buy a Pro camcorder from $1000 to $2000.I realize that in that money range not a lot good ones can be found but I was really hoping for ether 3CCD or HD as one of the features.
If anyone has any recommendations-they are gladly welcomed!!!
