Default Help needed to find a training course

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in finding a training course in digital video work but am struggling to get anything. I'm not bothered if it's full time, part time, degree course or anything, as long as it's not just a weekend thing.

Many of the courses I look at have stuff on directing and other filmaking stuff when really all I want to concentrate on is the camera work and techniques, lighting etc. Also I'm looking for something that teaches how to do this on a small scale, using digital video - rather than how to do stuff in a television studio with the masses of equipment that they contain.

Ultimately I want to be able to film good quality videos, but without learning all the other stuff that I don't need from universities.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Oh, and I'm also interested in digital photography too if there were any courses that combined this as well.
