I do not think that it is that big of a deal as my parents did not have any problems taking pictures when they were over there. Even if there was a problem with pro model camcorders, I am looking as consumer camcorders. My camera for photography is a Nikon D200 and from what I have read, there will no problems taking pictures with it and it is a semi-pro camera. It is also important to note that we are not taking video of consulates or anything of that nature.
