Unhappy need help with helmet cam!!!

just received a new 520 res helmet cam. i can get it to record to the memory card but not to tape. ive looked all through the manual but cant find anything on how to do it. am i missing something simple? can i even go to tape? when i played it back on the tv it also was only a half screen, but playing the tape back it is always a full screen. thanks for youre help

See page 94 or your manual (recording pictures from a VCR or TV).

you are the best!!!! never thought of looking there because im recording from the helmet cam not the tv/vcr thanks again. i'll post a short vid of the 4 wheeler when i get that figured out lol.

edit: just seen the word Sony in the signature. Possibly this was a clue?

thank you Marc!!! it does work. i was still hitting the record button on the side of the camera in stead of touching the screen. i feel so stupid. thanks once again...
