I get a yellow, vertical (for lack of better description) "PLAY" arrow that flashes along with the number "C:32:11", also flashing, when I turn my video cam on. It will not do anything else. It's frozen in this setting and is driving me nuts. I would obviously like to use the dumb camera, but can't.

ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS???

I don't want to send the camera in because it costs an arm and three legs if you sent it to Sony. I have a feeling it's just a technical trick, but I'm not a tech wizard. Anybody have this problem before or know how to fix it??
