HELP!!! what program can i use to put 20 videos about 2 hrs

HELP!!! what program can i use to put 20 videos about 2 hours on a dvd and make a nice menu ... it doesnt have to look like a movie ... just something not as cheesy as ulead menus , id like to be able to move text where i want and buttons where i want, some kind of freedom ... whats a good program ??? thanx for your help

sony architect 3 gives you lots of freedom in designing a menu.

As does Adobe Encore. It uses Photoshop files for its menus so if you can draw it you can make a menu from it.
