Default Everio MediaBrowser

Hello All,

I have a JVC Everio GZ-MG670 with Everio MediaBrowser software. I have edited a video, and want to burn it. When going through the burning steps, I get to the end and click "write," then get an error message saying there is insufficient workspace capacity and to check the preferences settings. I looked in preferences and didn't see any options to remedy the problem, and couldn't find any info in the manual. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Chrisatola

I've never used this but it sounds like you're trying to burn a movie that is to big for the DVD. There must be some setting you can change somewhere to reduce the size of the file so it will fit on the DVD.

yeah, JVC basically said that I either don't have enough RAM or hard drive space. I haven't tried cleaning up the hard drive yet to see if this was the problem though.

Well, low the bit rate and copress the duration of the video, or you can split it to 2. i used iSharesoft DVD Burner before and had met this problem ever, that is what the support told me. hope it helps you too
