Default DVD Architect Scripting

hello all,

Does anyone here on the forum have any experience in scripting on DVD Architect, I'm trying to create an interactive quiz, which has a random choice on the questions with a possible score keeper. I've trawled the web to find any advice on the scripting technique, but with no luck.

Hope someone can help, I'm close to ripping most of my hair out by now!!!!!!!!!

Actually, this is exactly the sort of thing the scripting in DVD Architect is for. Maybe you're thinking of scripting in Vegas? Scripting in Vegas is for automating the program itself, while scripting in DVD Architect is for making the DVD more interactive. It can write to variables read by the DVD player and cause actions based on those variables.

That said, I haven't done a lot of DVD Architect scripting myself, and there's not much in the way of tutorials for it. But here is one written for DVD-Lab Pro which should not be hard to adapt for DVD Architect:

Create Quiz on DVD

Sorry your right no Idea what I was thinking..

It does say in the manual the scripting is based on the DVD spec. so a good chance your idea should work.
