Hi,

I'm trying to help my uncle with his video editing because he's become so busy lately doing a lot of weddings. What he does is cut an HD video that's 4 hours long and put it on 4-5 DVD discs. Quality is very important to him. He uses bluray but only for those that actually have a bluray player. What I'm trying to do is create an HD video that's 4 hours long and import it in Adobe Premiere. I tried m2ts or m2t and adobe doesn't want to except it.

What is the overall best way in settings and format to move my video from Sony Vegas 10 to Adobe Premiere 5?

Have you tried AVCHD or MXF

you can use gopro video editor, with editing, burning capability you need. no conversion actually need so that preserve the original quality. hope i made myself clear
