Default Editing with 2 different Frames Per Second (cannon 7D)

Hey so I am editing a wedding I recently shot and I have a major issue. It was a 2 camera shoot. I have some clips I shot with a Cannon 7D and the video is in 23frames per second and I shot the other with a Sony AVCHD camera and the video is in 29.97fps, I am wondering which should I convert. Do I drop the fps of the AVCHD footage or up the 7D footage to 29.97... or what?!?! I am yet to start editing. I will either edit in Vegas, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects.. Thanks any advice is accepted.
