Exporting to Encore w/ DVD Markers?

Quick question for the Premiere Pro 2.0 gurus out there...

How do you get your finished product to Encore with the DVD stops you have set included?

I have exported as .mpg and .m2v with no luck. Adobe's Classroom in a Book states that as long as the stops are named, the will show. When I export, I don't get DVD chapter marks.

Perhaps I am missing a configuraiton setting. Alternatively, is there another way in Production Studio to get the videos to Encore with the chapter marks you have set in Premiere still intact?
