    Default b28: premiere.exe - Unable To Locate Component

    When I try to open my premiere this message appears:

    "Thie application has failed to start because MSVCR70D.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

    I tried Uninstalling it, but it wouldn't allow me, I also just tried to Install Premiere and that wouldn't allow me either.

    Someone please help.

    You don’t say which version of Premiere. Have you checked the Adobe support pages?
