Default Job interview in 3 days, need help on Show-Reel prep

Hi all, i have a big problem

In 3 days i have a job interview for editing home footage, weddings etc.
I am currently preparing my show-reel for my interviews and most of the past projects i am wanting to display are on DVD. Being i never kept them because i updated computers recently and gave my other computer away, never saving it all as prefered file types.

So when i put my past projects in my computer, they show as IFO files,
now obviously what i need to know, Is how do you convert them back to
AVI files so as i can import them into Premier Pro to make my Show-Reel?

Can Windows it'self actually do this(don't care if it's slow)?
or do i need some software to do it?

Would rather not spend ANY MORE money if i don't have too, for i'll be in big
big trouble from my other half, AGAIN! (due to recent editing spending spree)

Please help someone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!

Please refer to question 10 of the FAQ to convert VOB files on a DVD for editing in Premiere.
