Default Video problems only during transitions and titles

Ok, so everything is working fine, except during titles displayed on video and during some transitions, i'm experiencing flickering of different colored pixels on screen. This does not occur in previews, only after i've exported the movie. I cannot figure out what the problem is. Also, titles on black backrounds don't seem to be affected. Any kinds of suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

J
