Default Effects on Premiere Elements 2.0

For this student movie we are doing we are putting the shorter bloopers together on the blooper reel and adding sertain effects. Like for one of them, we're dumping water on the main character for a scene, and I've made the part where the water is dumping repeat 3 times. But when I do it the audio pitch is different. Like... it goes really high and fast, like a squirrel. Did I press something or is there a way to stop that from happening?

Default

right click the mouse on the clip or clips, choose Audio Gain and check that it's set to the default settling of 00,
it's hard to know what the problem is without knowing what you have done,
you may of speed the clips up. If this is the case, ofcourse it's speed the Audio up also, unless you've locked the audio line!

easiest answer, just pull the footage from your project menu down to your timeline, cut out the footage but leave the Audio there. Then replace the Audio back directly under the viewing clip so as it matches.
This way though it won't sound good because the Audio is slower than the footage running.

either way theirs your answers
