Hi...again...!

Have spent 4 hours exporting 5 mins of footage (see other thread), but having saved this as a .avi file I should've in fact saved this as a .movs file.
Is there anyway I convert this to the movs file without exporting for another 4 hours?
By the way - the footage was saved as 768x576 format on the request of the client...almost has a 'computer graphics' feel to it on playback - is this usual (I suspect it will be used in a 3d graphics presentation anyhow).
