Default Moving From 6.0 to Pro, so i have a few questions

Hi there, first post

Just wondering if some effects i did easily in 6.0 can be done in Pro

In 6.0 i used 2 black videos and one regular video to make the letterboxes 'grow'
is this possible in Pro?

Also is A/B editiing still available in Pro?

And finally in 6.0, the motion settings came with a preveiw box, and is this there in Pro, cuz i really liked the preview box, it let me make the 'growing' letterbox effect

(these questions might be obvious to some, but i havent explored pro)
Thank u to any one who responds!

Of course!

Dunno to be honest. I've certainly got the impression that A/B editing is the 'old' way of doing things. I've notcome across anyone who does this in Pro. That's not to say it's not there though.

If I understand what you mean then there is no preview box. I just change settings and hit the <enter> key to preview.

well i tried the growing letterbox, but without the motion settings i dont think its possible

also another thing, i used a picture like this http://img86.imageshack.us/img86/6854/untitled14ac.png
to make it seem like a spotlight thing to slowly go over the image/video.

But u said no motion settings was avaible so how could i do this?

THX a lot for answering before!

I said I'm not aware of a preview screen in the motion settings. Of course there are motion settings (or rather keyframes of position) available. just no preview window specific to it. motion in PPro is achieved by keyframing position and then previewing in the normal manner.
