Others have posted on this but I haven't seen a confirmation, so here goes; Can you get Premiere 6.5 to compress audio in a movie for exporting into the MP3 format?

I've downloaded the LAME Acm codec and installed it, but it's not showing up in Premiere for an option (like another poster has stated). Are there any plug-ins or codecs that Premiere can use to convert sound into MP3 format...or any codec that's better than the ones that come with Premiere besides ADPCM?

If you can provide a link with instructions and files that would be most appreciated =D
