When im editing my movie and previewing the sequence, its so laggy! Im talking about the preview screen on the right. I tried putting the quality to draft, no use.

Hit the <Return> key on your keyboard to render the timeline. Depending on what you have in it, it might take a while but following the render, things should be just dandy! If not then we are into things like PC components and setup.

Also, you can try different formats of video. I had that problem when I used avi or mpeg but when I switched to mov it went great.
