Sparkling Effect...

Hey guys, I need some of your expert advice and ideas....

Lastnight I just finished recording a recital of a bunch of young dancers for a client. I used 3 cameras, a canon GL2, Sony VX1000, and a Panasonic PV-GS300. On the videos of the close ups I would like to transition some slow motion footage with kind of sparkling lensflares across in different parts of thier glittering costumes. is there an esier way to this aside from putting a lensflare and key framing it to stay on a particular part of the dancer? Or is there a way to just have them randomly generated across all the bright spots of the video? Any helpw ould be great on this. Thanks guys!

Awesome, Thats exactley what I am looking to do. thanks for the link. Another question, is there a way to do this without the purchase of a trapcode plug in? reason being is I am already a little over my limits for expenses of this particular job and I would love to be able to duplicatet his effect without addes cost? any way to do this built in to AE by chance?
