Please help!

I have footage on a CD - R which is in MVI format. How is it possable to import in to premiere 6.0? Is there any way?. I have a Dazzle 90 capture card and a DVD Recorder with all the out puts.

What exacly can & cant I do with these clips?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
