Default MOV encoding

okey I found out Quicktime Pro wasn't that expensive so I bought that to convert my uncompressed files to MOV.

Original post: ****************

Hi there

I've had the good fortune of being asked to deliver some material for use on TV and direct stream. And they asked me if I could deliver it as a MOV file, which I could not, since I had NEVER even thought about encoding to MOV before, so I had to encoded to XviD for them to convert it to MOV them selfs.

But I would like to make it as easy for them as possible and I cant find a guide to MOV encoding, so if anyone knows where I can find one or a program that can do it.
