Hi Everyone,

I've recently switched from ulead video studio to adobe elements and am having trouble with a simple problem. When importing video and pictures into a project, I can't find a way to put a border around them. Like a simple white frame that makes the picture or video stand out, especially when overlapping different tracks. Can someone please help me out??
