any knows how to make a clock like the one show in 24 tv drama??

i really need it!! help me plz!!

What software are you using?

Premiere pro 2 has a timecode filter, just drop a transparent video on the top track and add the timecode to it. You can make the transparent vid as long as you like, and use the work area bar to extract the bit you need.

Transparent video is covered on page 187 of your user manual. And timecode is discussed on pages 93 thru 97.
