i dont know how to render files in after effects 7.........can you render like in premiere pro??? how???

er, that would be page 169 of your manual for previewing and page 567 onwards for full rendering and exporting.

Frankly, given that chapter 19 is titled "Rendering and Exporting" I'm surprised you haven't found it yet.

Well, respectfully to bleki, the question happened to be such an obvious RTFM that although I wanted to answer I didn't want to help someone if they happened to have ripped off the s/w and had no manual.

If he has a manual then it's a great answer to his question. If he hasn't then I have to presume it's ripped off and Im not helping him.
