I'm very new to video editing, but have some limited experience. New to digital I have looked everywhere and I can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. Perhaps one of you experts knows the trick?
I need to apply a mask or filter to a video that will mask with black a certain portion of the screen. It will be a black triangle of the upper left portion of the screen. I thought maybe a title with black background but cant make it work. Any suggestions? The mask would be applied to the whole clip and be only one color (black). Thanks in advance for your replies.
