Default Stop Motion?

In Premiere Pro 1.5 is there a way to take still images from the capture window? Like, if I have the camera hooked up in CAMERA mode, so that the feed that is capturing is coming from what the camera is viewing, am I able to take still images from this? I for some reason recall there being a stop motion capture mode in Premiere 6 or 7 or something like that. Anyone?
