hi all. newbie using premiere pro here so please bear with me.

in one of my projects, the ctrl D shortcut to add a dissolve doesnt work. but it works on other projects. when i drag the dissovle from the effects bin it works. is there something i can do to bring it back?

also in the same buggy project, the insert command only drops the audio track into the edit. again if i drag the avi file the audio and video are edited in. whats happening here? :(

finally, how can i delete projects i dont need anymore? i guess i can do it in win explorer, but is there no way within premiere?
