Well I have had a look on the net but there were no tutiorals of how to create relistic monsters in AE. Has any one got any ideas?

Not sure that AE is the right tool for this tbh. You'll need some sort of 3D modelling tool like Maya I reckon to create your monster.
Once you have your monster footage you ten jump into AE to composite it into your live action footage.

I don't know if Maya is any good. It's just the only one I could name on the spot. Maybe there are other, better 3d engines.

you could perhaps use 3D Studio Max, which is one of the best, but it aint cheap, im sure you can download a trial for 30 days etc. You could try blender. I know bits and bobs about 3D software, so give me a pm or something and i'll see if I can help with guiding you to what programme would suite your needs

Yes 3D Studio Max or Lightwave are good. You should also be able to download models from the net for both packages, load them into whichever 3D package you choose and in the animation, export it with an alpha channel so it can be 'knocked out' in AE.
