As some may know im working on a newscast for spanish. I was wondering if theres a way to do to things, both overlaying the video

Have a picture fade in and fade back out (like how it is on the news when they intro a story)

Have a picture small in the back center and spin into larger size coming closer (doing with an album cover)


i also need to know how to export to avi or mpeg 1...thanks alot
