How to rotate a video clip in Premiere

Hi - I'm trying to rotate a very short (9 sec) .MPG video clip for a friend, using Premiere 5.0, which I've had on the pc for a long time, but never really used.

I've used (very) basic video edit software before, but am stumped as to how to rotate this clip 90 deg. clockwise in Premiere.

In the help files, it says, "On the motion path or the timeline in the Motion Settings dialog box, select the motion point at which you want to add rotation, zooming, or distortion...etc", but I don't even know how to open the Motion settings dialog box, and can't find any other references to it in the help files!

Can someone help me get going on this, please? Or could some kind person rotate this clip for me (it's a 3.2 MB .mpg file)?

Not sure if all the words are the same in 5, as I have Pro 1.5, but it should be similar. Make a new project and make the height of the project the width of the clip, and the width of the project the height of the clip. Now drag the clip onto the timeline, then select it and hit F3. Finally, drop down the motion tab, and under the rotation setting type in 90.

I used these tips too - most helpful, especially the bit about creating the new project in the right format.

A couple of other bits of info that might be helpful.
I'm using Premiere 6 - the 'Motion' tag is to be found in 'Video Options' under the 'Clip' tag.

I found that I needed to set the Delay to 100% and the "Info #O" to 0.

Also, you need to crop the clip carefully when exporting the timeline to get a tidy job.
