hi, i've been using premiere 6.5 for a few years now with no problems. i've recently bought a much more powerful pc (athlon dual core 64 3800 processor, 2gig ram, radeon x1300 pro card...) and my system keeps freezing and i have to reboot sometimes every 1-2 minutes so it's obviously not workable. does anybody know of any compatibility issues.

ati just brought out some new drives which fixed the freezing problem for other apps (watching dvds and large word files) but sytem still crashes in premiere pro. at first i thought it was a faulty card but now i'm kind of presuming it's a software issue.

does anyone have any ideas?
