Help Me - Audio Problem - Jumps

Hello Guys.. I got a question. Im making this clip. I imported a mp3 audio for the background of the movie, at first its ok then it jumps Im using Adobe Premiere 6 and I already choose uncompress, and Non Drop Frame time code and stereo.
