The movie is made in Adobe Premiere.

How do i export this movie? 5mb is the limit, when i export i get 218mb?!!
any tipz?

When you export you are getting the full dv file. (LARGE)

If you are using Ppro then exporting using the adobe media encoder will give you the option of using Windows media or flash video(in Ppro2) which will get your file under 5megs easily.

it can export in SWF and FLV format with customizable bitrate settings
